Refund Policy:
1. If you decide to cancel your order before we have assigned a writer to work on it, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of your payment.
2. In the event that a writer has already been assigned to your paper, and this assignment can be confirmed by the order’s status, you can claim a 70% refund. The same refund percentage applies if less than half of the time between the order’s receipt and the deadline has passed.
3. If more than half of the time between the order’s receipt and the deadline has elapsed, you may request a refund of up to 50%.
4. In cases where you haven’t downloaded the paper and the circumstances leading to the order’s cancellation were beyond your control, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 30% after delivery.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled if the paper has been completed and delivered to your order page on time. In such cases, you may only request a refund due to quality concerns through the ‘Refund’ button on your order page.

If you happen to discover that you’ve been double-charged for a single order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. Forward both payment receipts to our email, and we will promptly issue a full refund for the extra payment.

Please make sure to cancel any orders that you no longer require before we assign a writer. Otherwise, the orders will be treated as regular assignments. In such instances, the standard procedures for order cancellation and refund will be in effect, which means that a 100% refund may not be possible. If you wish to cancel an order that was placed accidentally, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible.

Refund requests based on delays or price adjustments do not apply to revision requests, as the revision deadlines are distinct from those of the original orders.

When completing an order form, please ensure that you select the appropriate deadline. We recommend having a buffer of at least 30% of the time between the deadline you specify and your paper’s due date. This precaution will safeguard your interests in case the initial version of your paper requires revisions or improvements.

To initiate a partial refund request, please click the “Refund” button on your order page within 14 days following the approval of your paper.

Upon requesting a partial refund, we will promptly provide you with the editable version of your paper. Subsequently, you will have a 14-day window to substantiate your request with compelling reasons. Your rationale should encompass comprehensive explanations, relevant examples, and any supporting evidence as requested by our dispute resolution team.

Our dispute resolution department will thoroughly assess your feedback and may authorize a refund of up to 40% of your payment.

Important Note: Failure to provide the necessary information for dispute resolution within the 14-day timeframe will result in the cancellation of your request, and a refund will not be possible.

If the tardiness of your paper’s delivery prompts you to seek a refund, please reach out to our support team and submit a notice on your order page immediately when you realize that the agreed-upon deadline has passed without you receiving your paper.

Should the initial version of your paper be delivered after the original deadline, you may request a price adjustment based on the actual delivery time. For instance, if an assignment originally scheduled for an 8-hour delivery is completed one hour late, it will be reclassified as a 24-hour delivery, resulting in a reduced cost, and we will refund the price difference.

In the case of a late delivery for a paper with a 14-day deadline, upon your request, we will refund 7% of the total cost.

If the initial version of a paper is delivered late and you opt not to approve it, you are entitled to a full refund. In the event of a full refund, we reserve the right to publish the paper on online platforms for commercial use. Subsequently, the content of the paper will be associated with our website when searched for on search engines or checked by plagiarism-detection software.

Please note that if a delay is caused by late submission of additional materials on your part, a lateness-based refund cannot be applied. The deadline will be reset from the moment you provide new instructions, materials, or clarifications, which are essential for us to complete your order properly.

It’s important to note that when dealing with progressive delivery orders, you can only dispute the most recent or final part that has been delivered. Our standard money-back policies will be applicable in this case.
